Forest Bars Affiliate Program
Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview
1.1.
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Forest Bars (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sydney, New South Wales, and all individuals who participate in the Forest Bars Affiliate Program (the "Program"), collectively referred to as the "Participants."
1.2.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the Program.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
2.1.
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Enrollment
3.1.
Participants can enroll in the Program by clicking the "Join" button on our website, indicating their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Affiliate Commissions
4.1.
Participants will receive a commission for eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link or promotional code.
4.2.
The commission structure, rates, and payment schedule will be provided to Participants upon approval into the Program and may be subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1.
Participants agree to:
- Promote Forest Bars products in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Use ethical marketing practices, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their affiliate account login information.
Display accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing. e. Not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of Forest Bars.
6. Company Rights and Obligations
6.1.
The Company reserves the right to:
a. Modify the Program terms and commission rates at any time, with notice to Participants. b. Track and report sales generated through affiliate links. c. Terminate a Participant's participation in the Program for any violation of this Agreement.
7. Payment
7.1.
Commission payments will be made on a schedule specified by the Company, typically on a monthly basis, through the payment method provided by Participants.
7.2.
The minimum payout threshold and payment method will be specified by the Company.
8. Termination
8.1.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.
8.2.
Upon termination, Participants will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned but not yet paid.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1.
Participants may use provided marketing materials and content solely for the purpose of promoting Forest Bars products.
9.2.
Participants may not modify or alter the Company's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
10. Confidentiality
10.1.
Participants agree to keep any confidential information provided by the Company confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
11. Indemnification
11.1.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Program.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
